Owing to the exploits of the two players, UP managed to score a win by three wickets despite a brilliant bowling by Kim Grath. The 26-year-old seamer was the lone warrior for Gujarat with the ball as she picked a total of five wickets. 

Speaking of their overall performance, UP Warriorz are doing better as compared to Gujarat Giants. With six points from three wins and as many losses, the UP cricket team is reeling at third place in the points table. They are coming into the tournament after defeating Mumbai Indians Women by five wickets.

Gujarat Giants, on the other hand, are languishing at the bottom of the standings with four points. They have featured in a total of seven matches so far, winning two and losing five games. Giants will be low on confidence as they lost to Royal Challengers Women in their most recent match by eight wickets. 

Notably, this is a must-win game for both teams as it will impact their chances to qualify for the second round of the league.
