The Kings are currently eighth in the points tally with only five wins and six losses from 11 league matches. The franchise made a crackling start to the T20 Championship but they now seem to have lost the momentum.

The Shikhar Dhawan & Men are currently on a two-match losing streak as they lost to Mumbai Indians and Punjab Kings by six wickets and five wickets respectively. In the game against Mumbai, the bowlers were the culprit as they failed to defend an above-average score of 214 runs in the allotted 20 overs.

Meanwhile, the last match against Kolkata Knight Riders saw the batters underperforming by posting only 179 runs on the scoreboard. For PBKS to do well, it is important for both the batters and bowlers to work in sync.
