Lahore Qalandars

The Lahore Qalandars have been one of the strongest teams in the league, winning four out of their five games so far. Their only defeat came in their second match against the Karachi Kings. In their most recent game, Shaheen Afridi & Co. helped Lahore Qalandars reach the top of the table by beating Islamabad United by a whopping 110 runs. The Qalandars’ batting line-up has been impressive throughout the tournament, with contributions from Sikandar Raza, Sam Billings, and Abdullah Shafique leading to a convincing victory over United.

In their first meeting with the Quetta Gladiators, the Qalandars dominated the game, winning by a huge margin of 63 runs. After setting a competitive total of 198 runs on the board, Shaheen Afridi & Co. restricted Quetta to 135 runs.

Fakhar Zaman has been a standout player for the Qalandars in the competition so far, amassing 235 runs and being one of the most consistent performers. After his match-winning 96 against Peshawar Zalmi, he provided another strong start at the top of the order with a brisk 36 against Islamabad United.
