Rajasthan Royals

Tonight’s game features Rajasthan Royals as the home team, with young opener Yashasvi Jaiswal having recently scored his maiden IPL century at Wankhede. Jaiswal is considered a future superstar, and with Jos Buttler and Sanju Samson following in the batting lineup, the top three of the Royals are strong enough to challenge any opposition.

The middle order includes Padikkal, while Hetmyer and Dhruv Jurel provide stability to the lower order. The bowling side also looks impressive, with Ashwin and Chahal leading the attack.

However, experienced bowler Jason Holder has been expensive and wicketless in his last three outings, while Kuldeep Sen had a tough time in the last game. For Gujarat, however, Shubman Gill has been in superb form at the top of the order, while captain Pandya has also been contributing significant runs at number three. Gujarat’s bowling lineup, consisting of experienced players such as Shami, Rashid Khan, and Mohit Sharma, is not short of skill.

Depending on the toss, either Shubman Gill or Mohit Sharma will be the impact substitute. Josh Little, who has been outstanding in his first IPL season, will leave India after this game to play for Ireland.
